We’re rethinking gelato from the ground up.
Most ice cream hides behind sugar, additives, or deep-freeze logistics. We don’t. At Antipodean, everything starts with incredible ingredients, like lemons from Mallorca, pistachios and hazelnuts from Italy, and rich Valrhona chocolate. We churn fresh every morning in Frankfurt. No shortcuts. Just honest, flavour-first gelato — made daily, to be enjoyed by all, big and small.

We are a woman-owned business, rooted in the belief that great things happen when you follow your taste.
Antipodean was founded by Rachel, and brings a little piece of her native Australia to Frankfurt. It has very quickly become a cult favourite for fresh, flavour-forward gelato in the city.
Our business is built with curiosity, care, and a love for food culture. It’s proudly woman-owned, independently run, and based on a pretty straightforward idea: make what you love, and do it excellently.

Help us make our gelato fresh every day — mixing, measuring, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’re detail-oriented, dependable, and not afraid of a little maths. You enjoy working with your hands, can follow a routine, and keep things clean and organised. Kitchen experience is a plus, but not essential — we’ll show you the ropes. -
Serve gelato, make great coffee, and welcome every guest with warmth.
You’re friendly, focused, and happy to work in a fast-paced environment — in both English and German. You keep your station clean, communicate well with the team, and stay calm under pressure. No experience? No problem — we’ll teach you.
