Greet customers with a smile and a positive attitude
Provide flavour descriptions/suggestions (have an opinion!)
Scoop gelato into cups and fresh made cones in a tidy and Instagram-worthy manner
Communicate clearly with your colleagues and the kitchen team
Make fresh waffle cones
Keep a clean workstation at all times and work hygienically
Be punctual and presentable
Memorize orders
Keep track of stock throughout the day, especially during busy periods

Outgoing and chatty
Enjoy meeting new people and lots of conversation
You communicate clearly with staff and customers
You enjoy human interaction!
English and German language skills
