At Antipodean, everything starts with incredible ingredients, like lemons from Mallorca, pistachios and hazelnuts from Italy, and rich Valrhona chocolate. We churn fresh every morning in-store - no shortcuts. Just honest, flavour-first gelato made daily, to be enjoyed by all, big and small.

Antipodean was founded by Rachel and Chris in 2019, now run by Rachel and her small team. She brings a little piece of her native Australia to Frankfurt. Antipodean has very quickly become a cult favourite for fresh, flavour-forward gelato in the city.
The business represents curiosity, care, and a love for deep flavour and food culture. It’s proudly woman-owned, independently run, and based on a pretty straightforward idea: make what you love, and do it with pride and excellence.
