We make our waffle cones fresh from scratch, every day, and make them as delicious as possible. Because if you eat the cone, you don’t have to throw away a cup!
If you decide to get a cup anyway, it’s ok: Our cups and spoons are made of a compostable bio plastic. Please ask us about the best way to dispose them!
We source our fresh milk from Weidenhof in Wächtersbach, less than an hour east of Frankfurt.
This small farm feeds their cows fresh grass instead of industrial feed. This improved digestibility and thereby reduces the CO2 emissions of the cows.
Our aim is to use seasonal ingredients from local sources whenever they are available to good quality and sufficient quantity.
It’s not always possible, but we try our best to keep our supply chains as local as possible. And we never ever use palm oil – unlike the producers of some industrial ice creams you find in supermarkets.
Rachel doesn’t own a car, never has.
She takes her bicycle to work every day and we encourage all of our staff to ride their bikes or public transportation as well.
